Alongside her efforts with the Executive Women's Summit, Kristen is the Founder of Kenton Talent Management where she has built a diverse executive recruiting practice with clients ranging from hyper growth start ups to Fortune organizations. Kristen is known as a “master connector” and enjoys meeting high level executives throughout the country. In addition to executive recruiting, Kristen works one-on-one with C-level executives to help them build their "sphere of influence" within their target market(s) in order to find their next executive-level position faster.

Established in Southern California in January 2007, Kristen Kenton brought the Executive Women’s Summit to Colorado in 2009. This unique networking organization was created to provide senior women executives and community leaders the opportunity to connect with their peers and build mutually beneficial relationships.

Women’s Summit Gatherings were developed to address three primary "spheres" in a woman's life: Business, Social, and Philanthropic.Two rounds of structured networking (one by function and one by industry) following the keynote allow participants the opportunity to develop relevant and valuable relationships and share insights with their peers.
